The Kanban Management Professional credential demonstrates proficiency in Kanban methodology and the ability to design a Kanban system and evolve and scale it beyond the team. The KMP credential is globally recognized within the agile and lean communities, enhancing professional credibility and marketability.
This credential is granted upon the completion of two classes. The Kanban System Design course, which teaches the basics of Kanban, flow, and how to design a Kanban system. Then either the Kanban Systems Improvement course, which teaches you how to evolve, improve, and scale a Kanban system
